Also known as Bleeding Heart, Dicentra spectabilis (Dicentra spectabilis) is a vigorous shade loving perennial that bursts into pink heart shaped flowers on a string in late spring.
Dicentra bears clusters of delicate heart shaped pink and white flowers that hang over lacy fern-like foliage. Prefers a part shade position in well drained soil. Excellent for borders edging or containers and tubs.
Please note that depending on conditions, these plants can go dormant in cooler months, which means dying back down to the tuber but will re shoot in Spring
Each plant measures approx 12 to 15cm in height and will be sent bare rooted via express post.
