Kaempferia Pulchra "Pink Lace"
These guys are relatively low growing and will spread and thicken as they grow from a rhizome. Also commonly known as peacock ginger or ornamental ginger, it is grown primarily for its patterned foliage as shown in the images. It does flower in warmer months (small pink flowers) and can go dormant if grown outdoors and the weather drops.
To avoid foliage browning off, these guys do need a high amount of humidty and do like to have soil or potting media kept moist.
Each plant measures approx 15cm in height from soil leve and approx 15cm in diameter.
