I was disappointed on receiving such a sad specimen of a plant considering the price tag. However, Jo is such a lovely lady who really cares about her customers. She is open to discussion and will always try to rectify issues if approached directly. Jo offered me some compensation for the plant I received so I gave the plant a 3 star rating instead of 1. If I were to rate the customer service I would be rating Jo 5 stars. I’ve bought 5 plants at different times from Jo & this transaction has not soured me toward HOH but, rather, increased my respect. I look forward to buying more rare plants in future.
