NOT PERMITTED INTO WA
Primulina yungfuensis is a real stunning foliage plant, from China, that forms clumping rosettes of dark green leaves marbled with paler silvery green! Culturally, it is tolerant of occasionally drying out and grows shady, but will be more compact and stout when allowed some direct sun.
It makes a dramatic specimen that is great for show.
Water well if kept in pots but sparingly in terrariums: potting mix should be allowed to almost dry between waterings. Keep in a bright well-lit area of provide artificial light. Avoid heaters and draughty positions. Fertilisers should be only used if you would like the plant to grow. Temperatures above 20 degrees celcius will speed up growth. Long period below 12 degrees celsius will cause plants to rot. Dead leaves must be removed to prevent damage to healthy growth. Keep on the dry side in winter.
